Panther Volleyball Academy
Camp Details
Parking and Housing (for residents only): All campers will be housed in West Oak, Mannoia or Janssen Hall. Please park in the Snyder parking lot (see map below). Check in will begin in front of West Oak Hall at 5:00 pm. You will be given room assignments and shown to your dorm by our coaching staff.
Commuter Check in: Please report to the lobby of the Crum Recreation Center at 6:00pm.
What to bring: Bed linens (twin long) and general toiletries (residents only), towels, water bottle, T-shirts, shorts, knee pads, and court shoes. Please plan on wearing 2 shirts/shorts a day while doing drills in the gym. Coin laundry is available though free time is limited. Day campers may wish to bring a change of clothes for each day.
Supervision: JH campers will be supervised by the coaching staff at all times. HS campers are NOT supervised at all times, but are requred to be in designated areas throughout camp. Any camper chosing to leave campus will be dismissed from camp and not given a refund.
Camp Store: Stocked daily with snack food and beverages; Volleyball apparel will also be available! Sweatshirts, sweatpants, shirts, shorts, and sandals are just a few of the items that are available for purchase. (checks or cash only please!)
Meals: Dinner will NOT be provided the first night of camp. Please make sure to have eaten before coming to camp. Starting the second day of camp, all meals will be provided for resident campers. Commuters are provided with lunch and dinner, also starting the second day of camp.
SPECIAL PIZZA DEAL: Each night take advantage of sharing a pizza with a few of your friends. Through a special Panther Volleyball Academy discount, extra large pizzas are available starting at $12.00. Check with Jill at camp for more details.
Championship Day: Come one, come all. Parents and friends are invited to attend the championship games on the last day of camp. Playoff games start at 10:15 am with the finals at 11:15 am. Awards will begin immediately after the final games are done. Please remember to bring your own chair!
First Aid Providers: There will be first aid providers on duty at all camp sessions and an AED is located in the Crum Recreation Center.
Cancellation / Refund: Your camp fee, less a $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel PRIOR TO JUNE 1ST At any time after that date, a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. All medical refund requests must be made BEFORE end of camp. If no request for cancellation is made by that time, no refund will be given, including no-shows.
